The Scream! Half Marathon: Pictures of Team SDBC

Go Team!

All photos but one by Der Scott and Shannon Johnstone. All of Scott’s pictures here, all of Shannon’s here. The finish photo was by Bobby Aswell Jr:

Bobby Aswell Jr finished fifty seconds before me. If I had been any faster, I wouldn’t have a finish photo!

  1. Great shots! I absolutely loved this race. Was hoping it would be a PR for me but I am coming back from an injury (with 5 more weeks of PT to go, actually) so it wasn’t my day to PR. I loved it though. Still feeling it! Would love to see more photos but wasn’t able to pull up any of those you linked back to.

    • Sorry, my facebook album wasn’t public, so you couldn’t see the pics (unless you were one of my friends). I’ve made it a public album now, so you should be able to view them.

      • Great pics! Thanks for sharing. I opted to not take my camera because of the rain while we were waiting on the shuttle. Really bummed I didn’t just take it!

    • Actually I am wearing moon boots, but that’s not significant. The real difference is the beard.
And as we all know, the beard is the telltale sign of the EVIL twin from an alternate universe.

  2. Please note all that’s going on in the fourth picture (at the gas station). It looks like Deb’s scowl of determination is frightening me, while ac is taking a stern tone at the tiny person in orange being fabulous on his shoulder.
